My husband and I have been taking Ningxia Red every morning for awhile now. Being 36 weeks pregnant, as I am, the immune support I gain from NingXia Red is so welcomed, and anytime our two boys see us taking it they beg for some too! During the winter months I also give them elderberry syrup regularly (elderberry recipehttp://wellnessmama.com/1888/elderberry-syrup/ ).
Since we are in the middle of cold and flu season, I wanted to do anything possible to support their immune system, especially before our little baby girl joins our family next month. After doing some research I came across this recipe that uses both elderberry and Ningxia Red. The recipe is so easy to make! To guarantee it was "kid approved", I ordered some cute molds from Amazon and made these adorable gummies. It is important to choose a quality gelatin, so i've included a link in the recipe to the one that I used.
I have so much confidence in giving these to the boys because of all the benefits they receive from the Ningxia Red, elderberry syrup and gelatin.
